Quite tricky, right?

The usage of two prepositions, ‘of’ and ‘from’ has created a strong polarity. Do you seek, peace of mind or freedom from the shackles of mind?

It is time to contemplate!

While in conversation, you keep saying peace of mind and I bet that you have hardly thought of the deeper interpretation, peace from the mind.

Basically, the mind has an innate tendency to hold the thoughts of either the past or the future rather than being in the present. This brings forth a concept called mind clutter that continues to keep us in a state of unwanted distress.

Have you ever noticed that the mind becomes silent and free of chaos in moments of greatest pleasure?

- These moments can be anything under the sun like being amidst nature, listening to your favourite music, having a great night out with friends, laughing aloud at jokes, paragliding, watching an incredible sunrise, or cooking a delicious meal. The constant blabbering in your head stops and you experience the ultimate level of tranquillity. This is what you are chasing at the end of the day. Right?
